Mercat de Mercats, the gastronomic fair specialised in cuisine with products from the country and organised by the Barcelona City Hall Market Institute and the Government of Catalonia, on the past 17, 18 and 19 October held its fifth edition in Barcelona.
Ferran Adrià invited the best chefs of the country to fill the Gran Teatre del Liceu and collaborate with the Fàbrica del Menjar, or food factory, to give support to children at risk of social exclusion.
